SCHEDULE:

Load in: 3:30 - 5:30pm

Soundcheck: 5:30pm - 6:00pm

- 6:30pm: Guests arrive & reception starts
- 6:30pm: Bello Sound/DJ starts playing jazz music
- 7:00pm: Joey Niceforo/pianist perform for about 15-20 mins
- 7:30pm: Guests are seated in the dining area
- 7:35pm: First course starts with background music
- 7:50 pm: Introduction by Jeffrey/Meghan, Conversation between PM Mulroney and David Frum on stage for 20 mins or so
- 8:20 pm: Background music resumes whenever they're done, second course served
- 8:45 - 9:30pm: Background music, dessert & ice wine served, cash bar open
- 9:45-10:00pm: Departure from ROM/Shuttle back to Shangri-La.
