SOL NATION is the product of Melbourne's communal musical scene - at its heart lies the reggae experience of Paulo Almeida (The Dili Allstars), the rock charisma of Colin Badger (Painters and Dockers), and the fiery ardor of soul mama powerhouse Kattimoni.

TUMBARUMBA
Tumbarumba Samba Band brings beat laden entrances, of colourful drummers delivering instant carnival.
Chanting original Sambas in English, representing inhibition and vogue. Whipping an audience into an instant and happy celebration.
Drawing inspiration from Brazil, their live metallic percussion is a powerful and loving reveal of music written for generous live concerts. Entertaining with open arms, one of their members Neda wants to see you interacting, so wear your fiesta outfit and prepare to enjoy the moment and spectacle she believes is your birthright!
For over 16 years this five-piece Melbourne based, rhythm strong, collective has become known Australia wide for their riveting Brazilian, Samba Reggae, Funk and Hip beat laden concerts. Tumbarumba is a simple and time-tested formula for intense partying.

RAS JAHKNOW
Melbourne's Ras Jahknow band blazes new soul and fresh rhythms into what is described best as culturally rich roots reggae music. Passionate vocals in English, and Creole weave through the diverse native sounds From the African island nation of Cape Verde, Brasil, Tanzania, Mauritius to Australia, the band embodies a vision of unity, respect and peace, built on the foundation of irresistible reggae rhythms.
