‘The Dog’ is the primary vehicle of expression for bassist Cameron Undy. There studio album ‘Mad Stream’ was described as “Something approaching improvised perfection.” (SMH) Live there is something even more expansive and energetic about this band. This rare blend of odd time danceable grooves and singable melodies is infectious.

Slowpoke Rodriguez is a unique line up that play a mix of styles unlike any other. The music takes you on a journey to a global village nirvana where the soundtrack is as ideal as the location. With several band members touring regularly Slowpoke Rodriguez make a rare return once more to 505.

With splashes of influence from Bill Frisell, Menahan Street Band, Jonathan Zwartz and even Los Lobos, the band explores the compositions of bass player Pat Harris as embraced by an all-star band of local Sydney musicians, featuring members of Watussi, Hi-Tops Brass Band, Dereb the Ambassador and The Strides.
