Iain started out life as an actor, and dancer who had enjoyed thumbling around on his ever present guitar since theatre school, he’d starred in a couple of touring theatre companies around the UK and done some bit parts on tv including the obligatory rolls on ‘The Bill’ (Much like everybody is at some point in ‘Neighbours’ over here) when he got a gig on a cruise ship performing. This lead to him working in the Caribbean also as a performer in a 5 star resort, he one night was asked to DJ as the resident guy was sick, he loved it and hasn’t stopped since. Iain had been the regular DJ at a backpacker bar in Noosa when a close Friend of his, the very talented country music singer Mick Lindsay asked Iain if he’d like to do a couple of songs, It was St Patrick's day and the bar was full, Iain applied his usual infectious stage presents to an average rendition of brown eyed girl followed by born to be wild, nothing too special in his eyes but the crowd went crazy for it and after the gig Mick had said to Iain “man, that was great, you should learn about 50 songs and have a go at being a musician yourself”
Iain hasn’t looked back since that fateful night, he never stops learning and always brings his full game to every gig.
