Jake Amy is one of Australia’s most in-demand keyboardists, performing with an ever-expanding array of Australian and international artists such as Kaiit, Wafia, Emily Williams, Bumpy, Emma Volard, The Mamas, etc. Based in Naarm/Melbourne, their own project draws upon jazzy colours and textural synth layers backed by driving house and broken beat rhythms. The infectious live band experience presents listeners with an ever-evolving set of high energy grooves and extended improvised sections. Jake Amy’s project has been awarded multiple grants from Creative Victoria, Regional Arts Victoria and The Piano Project, was a Performance Fellow at 2021’s Dots Loops, has appeared on local radio such as RRR and their track has received support by some of Australia’s favourites such as Allysha Joy.
