Matt Olin writes and performs psychedelic folk songs that are equal parts
surprising, unique, instantly memorable and hook driven. Following in the
footsteps of artists like Cass McCombs and Michael Nau, Olin is likely
going to carve out a fan base for himself amongst people who like bands
like Wilco and artists like Father John Misty.

Matt’s level of musical experimentation is instantly apparent on his first
single “ Waiting ”, as acoustic guitar combines with driven electric guitar
sounds, synthesizer pads and chirps to create a bed of sounds that his
breathy vocals seem to rests in, escape briefly, then return to effortlessly.

Matt Olin is releasing a new full-length record project in the Winter of 2019.
He is a Pacific Northwest native currently based out of Portland, Oregon.
