‘Molach' is the musical alias of Sydney-based producer Lachie Brookman. A multi-instrumentalist and classically trained from a young age, Lachie is steeped in music theory and has experience in performance of classical music, jazz, blues, psych rock, and indie electronic music.

Having produced and performed for over three years now under his moniker ‘Caciara’, Lachie is now branching out into a harder, darker acid techno project.

With his production filled with soaring synths and aggressive basslines and laid over a maelstrom of hard hitting kicks, and his live set filled with energy and intricacy, Molach intertwines delicate melodies with dark and disquieting musical themes.

Utilising a broad swathe of classic electro and acid instruments such as the TR-08 and the TB-03, and mixing between his own live songs and acid techno songs from other artists, his live performances are a whirlwind of complex and high-energy floor-fillers.Drama is the aim; dance is the outcome.
