Talk of the Town is a DFW-based tribute band dedicated to the music of Chrissie Hynde and The Pretenders.

Established in Carrollton in 2014 and formerly known as CC & the Tattooed Love Boys, our group consists of Newman Smith High School alumni who are deeply passionate about this music. We cover a wide range of material, spanning from the early years to the most recent releases. Our fans frequently note that our vocals provide a remarkably authentic sound that stays true to Chrissie Hynde’s original performances.
