The Dirty Halos are a band out of Prescott, Arizona, 90 miles north and 1 mile above Phoenix. We currently play shows throughout the southwest. When we are asked to categorize our music, we usually say we play indie-rock, Rock N Roll with an Americana flair.

In our live shows we play an appropriate mix of some of our most requested originals and draw the covers we play from almost every era of music from the 60’s through today.

Our original music follows in the footsteps of our influences so you will hear hints and connections to both songs of yesteryear as well as modern day bands in our songs.

We are so inspired by great lyrical writing and music when we find a great grove with interesting chord structures and/or rhythm and that’s matched with excellent lyrics that’s what we like to tap into.
