Four friends proudly formed Violent Soho in the Brisbane suburb of Mansfield. Since then, Violent Soho have gone on to appear at major festivals around the world, signed album deals with Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth), released three studio albums (including 2013’s Hungry Ghost – debuting at #6 on the ARIA Chart), which featured single Covered in Chrome coming in at #14 on triple j’s Hottest 100, and sold out national tours. Violent Soho’s highly anticipated next album, WACO, released March 18 featuring Like Soda & ‘Viceroy’. Simply put Violent Soho have become one of Australia’s biggest rock bands.
