World Music Development was established in August of 2012 and received its 501-c-3 nonprofit status in May of 2018. We are operated by a volunteer three member board of directors with a vision to create global peace through music. To continuously strive towards this vision, our mission is to financially or materially support select local, national, and global nonprofit organizations whose missions focus on education, nutrition, housing, healthcare, and economic development. Our support is provided through worldwide artist partnerships, music programs, events, concerts, festivals, and conferences.
