Formed in 2021, Brisbane based Zuko "are the five-piece you didn't know you needed in your life" (Wall of Sound). The hardcore/metalcore group, made up of Jesse Hudson (vocals), Logan Gill (guitar), Ben Matthews (bass), and Jordan Bellchambers (drums), found fast success with the release of debut EP Hereditary in 2022, cementing their sound for fans of Knocked Loose, Varials, and Kublai Khan.
In 2023, the release of sophomore EP Venom // Absence saw their power swell; tearing up sold out stages, leaving their mark on their ever growing fanbase, and making their presence in South East Queensland hardcore undeniable.
With the release of their 2024 EP "Hatred", and their first east coast tour supporting Heists opening for international heavyweights Spite & Stray From The Path, Zuko became a dominant force in the globally-revered Australian heavy scene.
With 2025 showing the bands biggest year to date - completing a mammoth 20 show regional tour with Alpha Wolf and Malevolence, 25’ has shown the bands profile grow exponentially.
Beginning to work with Immortal Music Group (Make Them Suffer, Northlane) the year will see Zuko appear at Froth & Fury festival and a headline tour of the Australian East Coast. With every song released, and every show play, Zuko get bigger and better. They have all the hall markings of the next big band about to burst on to the international stage and take their rightful place at the top of the heavy music world.
